Spin is high-energy, feel-good, and fiercely motivating. Great music and uplifting vibes drive a fun, powerful workout that pushes you to your limits while keeping it enjoyable—leaving you sweaty, strong, and smiling long after the ride ends

About Me
My name is Taryn Roberts
Taryn has spent over 15 years in the water — it’s where she found her strength, discipline, and resilience. She moved to the Gold Coast to chase her dreams and threw herself into a lifestyle built around movement, health, and personal growth. Even when life brought her back home and her path shifted, she didn’t lose her purpose — she just evolved with it. Now, Taryn pours everything she’s learned into the people she teaches. She brings movement, confidence, and connection into every class, showing up with the kind of energy that lifts others up. Her journey hasn’t been perfectly straight, but it’s shaped her into someone who adapts, grows, and helps others do the same. On her days off, you’ll usually find her spending time with friends, staying active, heading to the beach, or treating herself to something sweet — balance is everything, after all.
